Grooming Dept started in 2017 in Northern California by a passionate artisan soapmaker named Mohammad. His innovative formulations include duck fat, donkey milk, lamb & beef tallow, as well as vegan bases. These soaps are very hard to get and are almost always sold out.

Angel is a lamb tallow base along with butters (shea and cupuacu), oils (grapeseed, avocado, mango, coconut), and goat milk.

Scent: Angel -  Notes of mandarin, blackcurrant, fruit accord, cedarwood, oud, myrrh, rose, ambergris, amber, opoponax, guaiacwood, musk.  Oud, myrrh, rose, ambergris, & amber are ancient scents that will evoke rituals and contemplation. Along with a fruity accord (mandarin, blackcurrant, etc.) and then a masculine base of opopnax, guaiacwood, & musk, you have a complex scent for an Angel! 

Size: 4oz of soap in a plastic tub. The tub is oversized to allow for easy loading of your shaving brush.

Ingredients: Aloe Vera Juice, Stearic Acid, Lamb Tallow, Kokum Butter, Cupuacu Butter, Potassium Hydroxide, Castor Oil, Shea Butter, Glycerin, Goat Milk, Sucrose Cocoate, Fragrance, Safflower Oil, Jojoba Oil, Meadowfoam Oil, Babassu Oil, Abyssinian Oil, Pomegranate Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Carnauba Wax, Silk Amino Acids, Acacia Senegal Gum, Sodium Hydroxide, Sunflower Lecithin, Beta-Sitosterol, Xanthan Gum, Allantoin, Chamomile Extract, Sea Buckthorn Extract, Sacha Inchi Extract, Grape Seed Extract, Kaolin Clay, Sodium Lactate, Sodium Citrate and Tocopherols.
