Use: Hipsteria Balsamo (Balm) is a leave in conditioning balm. It's best to apply it to a moist/damp beard and rub it in thoroughly. This balm will keep your beard hydrated all day. You can also apply it to a dry beard but you will need more product; the hydrating effect lasts longer when applied to a damp beard. It's a wonderful product for those that don't like the feeling of a beard oil
